Good News | Russian Client Visits Our Factory and Signs On-site for Two Fully Automatic Sesame Cake Production Line-1
Recently, Russian clients paid a special visit to our manufacturing base for an on-site inspection. The client gained in-depth knowledge of the equipment structure, production process and operating performance of the sesame cake production line. After watching the live machine test demonstration, the client highly recognized the automation level of the production line, finished product quality and food-grade material craftsmanship. The cooperation was finalized on the spot, and a contract was successfully signed for the purchase of two fully automatic sesame cake production lines.
The fully automatic sesame cake production lines under this contract are entirely made of stainless steel and equipped with a PLC frequency conversion control system. They can automatically complete a full range of processes including sugar boiling, mixing, pressing and forming, cooling and packaging. The equipment allows flexible adjustment of cake thickness and single-piece weight to match the client’s product requirements. Featuring a high degree of automation, it greatly cuts labor costs and stably delivers finished products with consistent quality.
After delivery of the two production lines, our company will assist this Russian client in building a standardized sesame cake production workshop, boosting food production capacity and exploring the local snack food market. Moving forward, we will carry out equipment manufacturing, factory testing, export packaging and follow-up technical guidance in an orderly manner to ensure smooth delivery and commissioning of the project.
